Shipping policy

We print and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of ordering. Most orders then arrive within 1-3 business days.

Delivery
We send all UK orders with Royal Mail or Evri. Occasionally couriers experience delays outside our control, but the vast majority of orders arrive within a few business days.

Packaging
We take packaging seriously - every item gets the protection it needs:

• Gift Wrap, Posters, Art Prints & Banners - rolled neatly in a sturdy cardboard tube to avoid creases and damage.
• Mugs - packed in a smash-proof box.
• Paper Goods (stickers, face confetti, bunting, greetings cards, business cards, personalised money) - packed in strong cardboard envelopes with protective wrapping.
• Ribbon - sent bubble-wrapped.

A Few Final Things

• Please double-check your shipping address before ordering - we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
• If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days, email us at info@typetopiaprints.com and we'll investigate.
• We currently only ship within the UK.
