Refund policy

In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, there are two options you have:

  1.  A resend of your order - we will reprint & if needed, redesign your order & send it to you as soon as possible.
  2. A full or partial refund - depending on the circumstances we will offer either a full or partial refund.
